ADF
Activity Description Form : An ADF is a form that a chair of an event usually fills out and turns in, in the days following an event. The whole purpose of the ADF is to list out who attended an event, how many hours certain members should get, and have a description of the event and what the volunteers did. The ADFs are required for each event, and are due 3 days after the day of the event. There is a document that the chair fills out and sends to the secretary upon completion.
CNH
California - Nevada - Hawaii : Whitney Key Club is a part of CNH Key Club, and you will likely see CNH around very often when doing anything related to Key Club. What does CNH stand for? California, Nevada, and Hawaii. We are the CNH district (District 3), and CNH is the abbreviation used to state which states are a part of our district.
DCM
Division Council Meeting : At Whitney, there are members who attend a DCM each month. DCMs are for the most part meetings that occur with the entire division, and there is either a service project that follows the meeting or an activity.
DCON
District Convention : District convention is a 3 day convention where Key Clubbers can learn more about the club and about respective positions. There are also general meetings, and among these meetings, individuals, home clubs, and divisions get rrecognized for outstanding service and distinguished work.
DLT
Division Leadership Team : At the beginning of the term, you have the opportunity to apply for DLT. Think of DLT like a cabinet, but made up of Key Clubbers from different schools representing all of the schools in the Division.
KCI
Key Club International : Founded in 1925, this international organization led entirely by high schoolers with the assistance of Kiwanians, has made a large impact on the world by giving high schoolers endless opportunities to go out and serve their communities.
LTG
Lieutenant Governor : If the DLT is the cabinet of the division, then the LTG is like the president. The lieutenant governor is the highest position at the division level and is also a part of the district board. LTGs have a large task ahead of them as their job involves handling all sorts of different business, and they are required to lead an entire division in meetings and DCMs just to name a few.

Member Recognition Program : At District Convention, you can apply for awards after meeting certain requirements. There is an entire rubric online, and some of the requirements entail: a certain amount of hours, a certain amount of articles submitted, and a certain amount of events with Kiwanis. These are only some of the requirements that you have to meet to receive a certain tier of an award.

Q: What are the preferred charities?
A: The preferred charities for Key Club International are Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, March of Dimes, United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund, and the Thirst Project! The Cali-Nev-Ha District (District 3) also supports the Pediatric Truama Program.
Q: What is a Division/Region/District and which ones is Whitney Key Club in?
A: To put it simply, a division is a group of many Key Clubs at a variety of different schools (Division 30 South is made up of 14 schools), a region is a group of divisions, and a district is a group of regions. Whitney Key Club is in Division 30 South, Region 3, and District 3 (aka the California Nevada Hawaii District | Cali-Nev-Ha District).
Q: Where can I check how many hours I have?
A: The amount of hours every Key Clubber has is updated monthly by the secretary, and sent out in an email each month that contains an excel document with the amount of hours on it. These emails are sent out through the Whitney Key Club Google Group which you must be subscribed to if you want to receive emails from us!
Q: What is Fall Rally/DCON/ICON?
A: Fall Rally is a district event where tons of Key Clubbers all go to Six Flags Magic Mountain for a day of fun, yelling, and bonding. Proceeds from Fall Rally go to one of our preferred charities, Pediatrict Trauma Program.
DCON (District Convention) is a 3 day convention that helps you become a better Key Clubber through the means of various workshops. At DCON, you can expect a variety of general sessions, an award session, a Governor's ball, and much more. You'll be able to meet Key Clubbers all over the California-Nevada-Hawaii District.
ICON (International Convention) is basically DCON but on a much larger scale. At ICON, you'll be able to meet Key Clubbers all over the WORLD.
Q: How do I register my outside hours?
A: Email our club secretary, Sara Ryave, a picture OR give Sara Ryave a piece of paper with the information listed below. Reminder that there is a maximum of 10 outside hours per year.
